5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mn111 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns you a ৳2,000 bonus, and you must wager a total of ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
  • Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Bonus wagering may be limited or excluded for certain games (such as table games or live casino).

Warning on Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting system errors, or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play

mn111 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes across all games. Our game services are operated through reputable providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others). Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Errors

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mn111 platform:

8 Account Closure

8.1 At the User's Own Request

You may close your mn111 account at any time. To do so, notify our support team via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure by mn111

mn111 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
